The Creative Writer’s Group will hold our last meeting for the spring season at Conne’s home on April first starting at 9 am.
We will resume in the fall of 2024 as schedules permit and as “snowbirds” return.

Meeting Schedule:
Creative writer’s Group meets 9 to 11 every Monday from November through April at the Apache Clubhouse.
Cost of Membership (Dues): Annual dues are $10.00.

Our Mission/Purpose:
You don’t need to be a writer to join in the fun and fellowship of our group. You just need a desire to leave stories for your children and grandchildren; maybe write your own memoirs and special stories. Perhaps you would like to submit one for publication. We welcome you to join us on Monday mornings at 9 am in the Apache Room of the Apache Club House.
We are a “Group” not a “Club” so there are no officers, ( President, Secretary, Treasurer, etc,) Anyone from our group may serve as a facilitator to lead the meeting and discussion. We welcome you to come and enjoy reminiscing and
sharing your writings with us. We will be holding meetings until Monday, April 24th, and resume in November.
Creative writer’s Group meets 9 to 11 every Monday from November through April at the Apache Clubhouse. We would love to have any resident join us. If you enjoy writing poetry, short stories, articles, or even keeping a journal you have all the skills you need. At the meeting we each take a few minutes to read our original writing and then share memories of similar occasions in our lives or comment on the thoughts it inspired in us or the ideas the writer shared. Most of us rely on our own imagination or experiences, but occasionally suggestions are offered for future scripts. Feel free to come to our first get-together for this season and see if it would be of interest to you. Our first meeting this autumn will be November 14th. We look forward to meeting you this season.
