Uno Fun Run:
Marilyn, Carol and I would like to thank everyone for all their help with the Uno Fun Run.  From the Host Homes, the workers, the people who generously donated gift certificates & baskets.  We couldn’t have done it without you.  It was amazing the volunteer support we had from beginning to end.  We’ve done many events and this was by far the best group of volunteers we have had the pleasure of working with.  I was going to include everyone’s names, but there were so many that just stepped up, especially at the end of the event that I know I will miss some. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you.

Dee Brown incorrect contact info
I know this type of e-mail notice is unusual, but Diane’s phone number, as listed in the hard copy phonebook, is incorrect. Due to her What-Not Sale functions, several of you have needed to contact her and the results are an understandably frustrated person elsewhere on the continent due to the high volume of calls..

It is only one digit that is wrong. Please make a pen & ink correction in your phone book and verify your contacts in your devices. That poor woman will thank you.

Wrong number (in the book)  603-534-3302
Correct number:603-534-3304

Thank you, Tom Brown

GREAT NEWS:
For those not aware, First National Bank (on 54) has an ATM. It is located in the last lane of the Drive Thru.

BETMAR TRAVEL
If interested in any of our activities, PLEASE SIGN UP ASAP. We are finding many disappointed residents realizing we are sold out of an activity they wanted to attend but waited too long. Sometimes we may be able to add more availability, but not always.

When we make reservations, we order a number of tickets to sell. If we don’t sell that number, we may still have to pay for them. The company’s theory is…they could have sold those tickets if they hadn’t held them for us.–

Hi everyone,

I have been working with Sid to see if volunteers can be used to help maintain the course. There are additional things that could be done but we are short staffed to get them all done.  If you are interested in helping, please text me so we can discuss where you might be able to help.  the more we can help the maintenance crew the better shape the course will be.

We are looking for help with things like :

  • Using the leaf blower
  • The fairway vacuum
  • Using the stimp meter to get green speeds recorded

Those with previous experience might help with:

  • Cutting and setting cups on the greens
  • Pencil Tining
  • Rolling
  • Edging the cart paths
